We ship UPS and UPS partners to most U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico locations We do not ship to PO, APO, FPO.
Orders placed for in-stock items usually ship within 24-business hours. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped the following business day.
Refund Policy
The Vollara 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
A thirty (30) day money-back guarantee is offered on all Vollara Products. Customers who are not completely satisfied may return products to their Vollara Independent Business Owner within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, for a replacement or full refund, less shipping, handling or other applicable charges. Purchases made through www.vollara.com may be returned directly to Vollara within (30) days from the date of purchase for replacement or full refund (less shipping, handling or other applicable charges).
To ensure full credit, items must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of the items. Proof of purchase required. Other conditions and restrictions may apply.
Vollara requires a valid RMA number to process all returns. Any returned product that does not have a valid RMA number will be refused. Contact Vollara customer service at 800-989-2299, or visit the support section of our website, to obtain a RMA number. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for processing. Promotional or discontinued products and gift items may not be available for replacement, and may, at Vollara’s discretion be exchanged for an item of equal value.
Subscribe + Save Cancellation and Refunds
To request a refund or to cancel your Subscribe + Save account for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Billing Department at 800-989-2299, or visit the support section of our website www.vollara.com. In order to prevent an additional Subscribe + Save charge and product shipment, your request must be received 10 days prior to your scheduled AutoDelivery date. The refund will be posted to your original method of payment. Account credit timeline is dependent on your credit card issuer or bank.
